About Us
We too are investors, so we know how time consuming it can be to ensure properties run well.
We know many of the pros and cons that come alongside the different areas of investing and have learnt a lot from our experience. We pride ourselves on the service we offer to both the landlord and the tenant, having earned awards and accreditations to testify to that.
At Rooms 2 Let, we are a husband and wife team that began their property journey in 2011, having just had our first child. Since then, we have invested heavily into our education and spent lots of time discovering new things.
We invest in HMO’s and single lets and have carried out many refurbishment projects. We pride ourselves on the relationships that we build with our fellow investors, tenants and mentors. We love to network and grow with those around us and can’t wait to continue this.
UKALA information
We are a member of The UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA), which is a professional membership body which supports agent members to comply with the ever-changing regulatory environment. Within this membership we are compliant with a government CMP scheme, which protects all monies we collect on behalf of our landlords, and includes a membership to an Independent redress scheme, the Property Redress Scheme(PRS). Our staff are kept up to date with new and existing legislation through the professional CPD training. This gives all our clients peace of mind that their properties are managed to a high standard, following all legal compliance.
